I personally design and choreograph every routine you’ll find here, blending fun, rhythm, and effective full-body training. Whether you're new to rebounding or looking to take your fitness to the next level, my goal is to make each session energising, empowering, and accessible.

Hi, I’m Nick, the DJ behind every beat that drives your workout. I specialise in curating high-energy playlists that keep you moving, motivated, and totally in the zone.
Music plays a huge role in the rebounding experience, and I carefully select each track to match the pace, intensity, and mood of every routine choreographed by Popy. Whether it’s an uplifting pop remix or a deep, driving beat, my goal is to make sure the music pushes you forward and keeps the vibe strong from start to finish.
