Hi, I’m Popy, the instructor, and choreographer. With over 5 years of experience as a certified rebound instructor, I’ve helped hundreds of people rediscover the joy of movement—one bounce at a time.

I personally design and choreograph every routine you’ll find here, blending fun, rhythm, and effective full-body training. Whether you're new to rebounding or looking to take your fitness to the next level, my goal is to make each session energising, empowering, and accessible.
